I was out doin some tinkering on the Z tonight
at about midnight. Went inside to check TT.NET search for a couple questions I had. (installed reverse Indi gauges)
Well I was inside a good 10 minutes with my garage door opened. When I went back out and opened the inner door to my garage I got the shit scared outta me cuz some guy jumped up from behind my car and made a mad dash up the street. (this guy thought I went to bed and forgot to shut my garage I guess)Well the chase was on. I picked up the closest thing to me (son's aluminum littleleague bat) ran after this thug 2 blocks away and right up to HIS HOUSE ! ! ! What an idiot. When I saw him go in the side door I saw he was just 16-17 years old. I went home checked my car and found my cd's were all over the seat. I called the police told them I chased a prowler away to his home and gave them the address. At this point I proceded back around the block and pounded on the door. After about 3 minutes of this a lady in her mid/late 40's came to the door. I asked her if she had a son about 16-17 and she said she had a 14 year old son. I told her exactly what happened and that the police where on the way. She said no hes in bed asleep I just checked and I told her what he was wearing. She disappeared inside for about 5 minutes and returned with her son. He immediatly started to appologize and said " I just wanted a closer look at your car to see what it was". Being that I own over 100 guns I told him that for all I knew he was an intruder in my house threatening my wife and kids and could have been killed. I told his mother that he was in my cd's and they were strewn everywhere. Guess what 15 minutes after I called heres the police pullin up. Her 1st words were " I didnt think you really called the police"
Ha yeah right.
Well to sum it all up the cop chewed the kid out and then proceeded to tell his mother that they had been looking for him and didnt know his last name until now. He was accused of atleast 6 different car thefts/breakins. All of this of course was a total shock to his mom. LOL dumbass This is a brand new nice neighborhood with security. Me and my wife built this house last July. NO NEIGHBORHOOD IS SAFE apparently. Sorry for the length but didnt want to leave out the juicy details.
My hearts still racin a little and this was 2 hours ago.
